All PASTRIEZ THCA hemp products are derived from federally legal hemp plants containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in compliance with the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act (Farm Bill). It is your responsibility to verify the legality of THCA hemp products in your jurisdiction before purchasing.
3. Age Restriction
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from PASTRIEZ. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age verification cannot be confirmed.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. PASTRIEZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or shipped.
5. Shipping & Returns
We ship to states where hemp-derived THCA products are legally permitted. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
6. Limitation of Liability
PASTRIEZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
